Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with AmoModa. We want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags, labels and packaging are intact
  • The item is in resellable condition
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is provided

Please note:

  • Change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit
  • Store credit does not expire
  • Postage costs are non-refundable
  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
    ✓ Earrings
    ✓ Hair accessories
    ✓ Cosmetics
    ✓ Intimate items
    unless the item is faulty

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at info@amomoda.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of what happened

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

AmoModa will cover the return postage or replacement postage for faulty or incorrect items.

3. Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your:

  • Store credit, or
  • Refund (where applicable)

within 3–5 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

4. Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping for peace of mind.
  • Unauthorized or unapproved returns may not be accepted.

5. Sale Items

Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for a refund unless the item is faulty.
Items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product page.
